Personal Life- Jared had decided to become an actor since his childhood, as he started taking acting classes since he was twelve years old. He has recently got engaged with his long time girl friend, Sandra McCoy, this year. But after engagement, they had a break up for unknown reasons. Jenson Ackles from Supernatural and Chad Michael Murray from Gilmore Girls are his close pals. He lives in Los Angeles, but remains away for shoot of supernatural, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Career credits- He has many TV series and Tv movie credits. He started his career with a small role in a film ‘A Little Inside’ in 1999, and never turned back. In 2000 he got role of Dean Forester in Gilmore Girls until 2005 he worked in many movies, then in 2005 he jumped into Horror movies, like ‘House of wax’ with Paris Hilton and then ‘Cry Wolf’. Then his career took a nice turn with casting him as Sam Winchester in Supernatural in the same year.
Upcoming Projects- His movie Thomas Kinkade’s Home for Christmas is in post production stage, and will release in the end of 2008. Another project ‘Friday the 13th‘ will hit the screen on February 13, 2009.
In Sam’s Role- He is playing four year younger brother of Dean in Supernatural. Both the brothers are on a voyage to search their missing father and they encounter many weird things. In the coming season, Sam will pave a way for Dean to get him out of hell.
