Then the two brothers were there in a town where a man died of heart attack, but the symptoms he showed weren’t normal. Then it was shown that that the man who was believed to have died of a heart attack actually died of a ghost sickness that had been passed to Dean.
In the primary stage of this sickness, a person firs experiences general anxiety and afterwards feel deadly trepidation.
And now it was the responsibility of Bobby and Sam to save Dean from getting a heart attack.
